Can you adjust the settings to sort by date?

Every topic I look at has pages of old posts come up first and I have no idea what they are talking about – I’m guessing they are sorted by # of replies.
Can you activate the ‘freshness’ & other bars, so that the topics can be sorted as the user chooses?

Denali (7 year old female blue Weim)Topics should be sorted by the latest reply, and then every thread by oldest first in chronological order. If that’s different for you I’d have to see what’s up with that.
